Whatever -

I put the thread up 'coz I found a SC one and two that are interesting cheap cars - supercharged - LPG converted and one that undercuts yours by ?1000.

I have not commented on your car on any thread or on your for sale thread saying anything negative whatsoever, just wished you good luck selling. Even thought about looking at your car myself, especially as I've got a diesel.

I created this thread merely to draw attention to three interesting cars. I'm not laughing at your car mate - I'm amazed at how cheap the others are, and the difference between yours and the cheapest there - (at ?1650 ono with everything done - ?1000 difference once a deal is done) - is, IMHO, laughable.

I was only a little offended(i am well over it now) only because I hoped that people my see that I have a one of the best around hence the asking price. Maybe I also didnt to mention that its had brand new inlet mani, and vis motors, and I also believe its more desirable being a saloon, and well kept black, not mention the plate.

I guess after seeing your for sale advert, we are in similar positions (though you may not agree) we both believe we have the best examples of our model, for that we are both justly asking top money for them, where others may not agree with our valuations.

Its a shame, I would be very interested in your car, though I think we are to far apart in valuations to start with.

No hard feelings, its a public forum after all.

Think they are both great cars.

Its the old story, you get what you pay for. To get the best you pay top dollar. You could pay a lot less, but you would end up with a car that would need a lot spending on it to get it back to A1 condition.

You are always going to get a great bargain for one reason or other, but all our cars are getting older.

Dont know about your areas, but the road side near us, is like a garage forecourt. Every other car has a "for sale", sticker, older cars but only priced in the hundreds. Dont think people look at older cars now.
