Great news, the Emerald is fixed and working fine with my map loaded back on, all I have to do is calibrate the TPS when it arrives back which should be tomorrow!! All for the princely sum of......£25+postage, to say I'm chuffed is an understatement :D
In other news I've been tinkering with little mods while she's been laid up. Takeaway hook... http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e1...ps8dmaa2nc.jpg http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e1...pso9nmifaw.jpg Cup holder... http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e1...psegczvzmu.jpg http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e1...psupecauz7.jpg http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e1...psxczj6qco.jpg |
I get the cupholder - that is a good mod. Not so sure on the hook though ....

As an aside, she lives! Went for a little drive this morning and all is fine and dandy :wizard: need to replace the master fuse now as that's bridged with wire temporarily, fir a waterproof ECU box and replace the fan as that's very noisy. Still I'm well chuffed that she's up and running now! :D |

Good luck at the next MOT with that hook, it contravines (sp) build and use regs (1967).
