Agree with you there, those mods will make what, 190 at best once you count in age mileage etc?
Price a touch his too, should be £1k max! |
I know this car from when I lived down south, the owner turned up to a local meet and Was a tad arrogant and smug.
|
Thats caus he has 220bhp!!!!!!

Proberbly got methane injection from the BS!
|
I never knew tinted windows, alloys and springs could increase the bhp. And i've been wasting time searching for cams, turbo's, super chargers etc. Should have got myself down to halfords.

I doubt the car in the link has anywhere near 220bhp even with Methane injection |

It might have done on that set of rollers on that particular day?? When I was building racing Triumph engines in the early 90's I found you could run a motor on one dyno one day, then run it on another dyno another day and suddenly lose or gain 15 horses!! There is a vast list of variances that can make power change! ( the dyno being the most likely) I suspect this dyno was in need of calibration as it's adding some 20 raging stallions from somewhere!!

My 180 made 215bhp on rollers once. Knew it was wrong, but garage was adamant they were right at the time. True figure is 183bhp btw.
