Zs180
Okay, I'm looking for a ZS180. This car must be not too expensive, reasonably low mileage, have good(ish) bodywork. I don't care if the seats are wrecked or if other bits such as the aircon are broken. I would prefer XPG, but any colour other that silver or yellow would be considered.

What sort of price you looking to spend........
|
I'm looking to spend a maximum of £3,000 (ish).
|
What about this one? (MK I)

Tell you what Ralph.......you take my ZS180 with all the work that has been done on it by yourself and you know exactly what you are buying and you've driven it too and you sort me out an MGF. How does that sound? :D

£3995 is a wee bit high, i'd agree. I thought it was £2995. Oops-a-daisy.
|
especially as it isn't particularly low mileage or anything exceptional.
A few cheap ones on the bay of E right now. A coule for sub 3K buy it now. |

What about this one Ralph? It needs an engine but i believe this is your plan anyway.http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2001-MG-ZS-BLU...QQcmdZViewItem

Its over his budget I think and he doesn't want yellow.
Picky sod. Looks nice in my opinion. Good power reducing cone fitted to it though. Its on the money too. |

:sorry: for being a n000b |
Variable Intake System
On the KV6 inlet manifold, or plenum sits two motorised valves, one operates the balance valve that controls the two plenum chambers. The other is the power valve, this operates 6 off butterflies within the plenum itself. That's what gives the KV6 a kick at around 3.5k and more at over 6k, it's been so long since I have driven my 180 I can't remember  |
