maxtherotti 03-04-13 01:21 PM

I did the pdi on that car!!!!!!
Was sold from New Banbury Rover/Alexance
How much for the wheels ??
Can throw in a set of bk racing wheels to keep it mobile if that helps

petet16 03-04-13 02:59 PM

As it's a late mk1 I think it is using the Pektron bcu like the mk2, if so I'd be interested in the engine ecu, bcu, fobs, and transponder ring from round the ignition barrel.

M17TT180 03-04-13 03:51 PM

Ok I have no idea what any of that stuff is lol, I don't do this for a living just got hold of this car as it was a good deal. People are more than welcome to come and strip bits of or send me pics of bits they need and i'll do my best. I'm not gonna be charging much for bits because I need this broke quickly so then I can scrap the shell once done.

Skillen 03-04-13 04:24 PM

My roof has peeling lacquer, wanna strip that panel for me?
That will make you a pro-breaker ;)

Dave 03-04-13 04:29 PM

How much for the black vertical plastic strips on the doors?

They literally unscrew from the doors, screws behind the seal on the door.

Cheers
Dave

Not a bad idea.... You're on for the two bits.

Just a quick note on this, my mk2 has the cupholder and the mk1 didn't and when I swapped the armrests over I had to change the clips as it had an in built in spacer!
This may be needed along with this for it to close someone may be able to clarify further.

No you are correct the arm fouls on the back of the cupholder. I don't want much for it but its just sitting here unused.

Cool well a 5mill spacer may help beneath the clip on the lid then.
Put it in yours!

Skillen 09-04-13 09:50 PM

Also you want the payment? You started breaking?

Hmm I may well do that, we use a composite material here at work for making road signs so will manufacture something.

ade-5 10-04-13 12:53 PM

Just use a couple of washers to raise where the thing screws in. It'll work - it's what I did with mine.
