Seen the 180 with Stephen today and bad points are some scuffs and scrapes with loose door handles and a blowing exhaust.
Good points are it drives well with not many miles on the clock and clean interior.
A great option for this car would be a joint owner track car for forum members.
I had the guy phone me back tonight and believe we could get this for ?500

Is there not places that can insure vehicles for very limited periods ?
One day insurance ? On the day the car is to get to knockhill or place of storage.

Just had a very quick look and could insure a rover 45 or one day for the grand total of ?25 so if it blows up its your the insurance for the day plus the cash for the breakers to take it away i am guessing.

breakers would give you 60 for it easy and pick it up

If it broke down on track we could tow it away and use my breakdown cover.
I'm at work just now but will try and find out about single day insurance tomoro.
