I would like those, if only my doorcards had the recesses for them. Would swap my technical grey dash for the silver dash bits too.

R45 door cards are the same as ZS and have the recess

No they are not... they are a different colour...

They aint mate my mates got a set of r45 door cards in his zs with these inserts and they match his dash and plastics

Badge has the letters ZS in satin silver with oblong 180 underneath as on the MK1 180's

Hmmm... My Grandads 45 cards are Cream and my Fathers 45 cards are a lighter shade of grey than the ZS... - Thought there were only 2 types of colours in the 45...

Mind you could have been cost cutting and made it the same card accross the board!

I had a set of 45 door cards in my ZS and they were the same colour as my old door cards

Yes it is the full ZS 180 badge.

Doors pins were off an earlier Rover 400 but can be easily wired to work with the LED on the dash

Obviously a wire would be wired into the door from the clocks is that right?

Yes just 2 wires from each door direct to the alarm wires on the dash clock wiring.
