Much better :lovers:

Drilling into the boot was by far the worst thing I've ever watched. I had everything crossed, but thumbs up to Sounds of Silence, they did a cracking job

Boot Hill Bandit 27-10-07 10:38 PM

Nice one! :D

Smitten Jim

shroonie29 27-10-07 10:42 PM

Shroon

Maxxed_Ross 27-10-07 10:51 PM

it did have the Manx cat look about it... vast improvement now! Even if I can't see out the back any more lol

Smokey 27-10-07 10:52 PM

best addition imo! now it looks just like mine!!

Maxxed_Ross 27-10-07 10:58 PM

that should make meets confusing lol

Shafz 27-10-07 10:58 PM

Lovely mate, really completes the back :) bet your chuffed!

Maxxed_Ross 27-10-07 11:02 PM

yeah I sure am!

Just a shame it came from Rover Breakers with an ENORMOUS scratch in the middle of the wing plane and various other scratches and scuffs all over it. I was fairly raging when I found out. I think the two big ones you can see will scratchX out but there are a couple on the edges that are back to the primer

stamford 27-10-07 11:26 PM

Great feeling when that's on eh!

Mine had the discreet spoiler fitted and I tried so hard to take to it, but it didn't feel like a true 180, so I managed to find the 'real' one!

I marked it out and drilled it myself, wasn't a problem, quite easy. I too have a scratch, still haven't got it sorted yet.

I know what you mean about rear visibility!

not for long and after winter those bad boys in my sig will be going on :hooray:

I do like the spoiler along with the lip, makes a nice combo

Fez 28-10-07 10:23 AM

looks like a real 180 now. Good job :cool1:

Leasky 28-10-07 11:33 AM

very nice and a good job sos made too

Smokey 28-10-07 11:50 AM

we're going to have bad ass looking 180's! A photoshoot is a must mate as soon as mine has its shoes on! Not too far from each other either!

Murray203ps 28-10-07 12:08 PM

Sooo much nicer with the extreme spoiler on it dude.Would be good to see a cool photo shoot with yours and smokey's together.

arwilson80 28-10-07 01:37 PM

That's how they should all have come from the factory... :)

sarah 28-10-07 01:52 PM

that looks really nice ross.

ZS180V6 28-10-07 03:31 PM

Much better........

Makes a big difference

sduk 28-10-07 07:42 PM

looks awesome! Looking forward to seeing it mate, must surely inspire Stevie to get an extreme one now! makes all the difference! its like 2 different cars.

will be even more "xtreme" with the alloys on it mate.

georgiansoccer 28-10-07 08:03 PM

yeah looks good with the extreme spoiler.

I think the idea of making it an option was for the car to appeal to a wider audience cause without the extreme spoiler its still a sporty looking car but not so in your face.

and also a good way to coin in some more money

Maxxed_Ross 29-10-07 08:40 AM

exactly, my dad loved it wothout the wing and now hates it lol. My Uncle and grandad both say it's a bit too Scooby for their liking. But who cares... I love it!

A shoot is a must once I get the 18"s back on it after winter

Cheers for all the comments guys!

arwilson80 29-10-07 09:30 AM
