The pictures look like you were near Amorebieta, that is where my wife's aunt lives.

My wife comes from Barakaldo, I saw a black mk2 MGZS just like yours out side the flats next door (Grupo Babcock Wilcox) about 2 years ago.

Babcock Wilcox was a factory, they built some flats for their staff and called them Grupo Babcock Wilcox.
