its an excellent site that, and it was because of them pics i registered, still kinda weird seeing a plant like that just stopped!!:rip:

The amount of bodyshells that got crushed too.....just appalling. Shame I didn't have the money and the space.......I would have bought as many as I possibly could. A few ZS shells...a few ZR shells and as many TF ones as I could get my hands on.

Awesome site that. Am I right in thinking that part of the factory is the one that has been demolished??

A real sorry sight that this, been there a few times. My daughters boyfriend lives dead opposite there on the Lickey Road.

I joined up the site a few years ago when I was quite into the sneaking in and taking pictures thing. Did a couple of old hospitals... if you want freaked out go do that lol

I'd love to have had a chance to go look around the factory but alas. That's not really gonna happen now.

Ah well... At least i've got to have a look around Prodrive. :)

Na that was the tcv concept i believe, is an ugly ****** of a thing and if what i read is right then the designers were just pissing about with this one when kevin (the beardy one high up) went past and told them to get it built....or something along that lines:)

just as well they went bust then, it's fecking ugly!

I would deffinately have bought a TF-X though, that thing is so damn sexy!

I wonder what happened to all the half finished cars and all the unused bits & pieces? MG will be interesting in the future but i dont think it will ever be the same again as its NOT BRITISH OWNED!!!!! What a huge waste of a once great brand...

Some of them were sold off, but I think that most of them were cut up... :cry:

yeah most of them sold off cheap locally and the rest were crushed. Such a waste

There were some interesting items at the auction, very sad to see and there were some unusual projects too.
