As little as possible really, looking second hand. It's for my bro-in-law's car. [edit] Exhaust manifold.

I assume Sam meant inlet or exhaust. :)

hmm. I assumed the exhaust manifold came in two sections from what Sam said :)

It's the exhaust manifold that's blowing :)

Not quite sure what that means in terms of fitting issues Wasa.

big_wasa 04-08-12 05:17 PM

None really. There is a bracket under the engine that bolts to them tabs. If your mani has got to the point where it has failed them tabs will be long gone.

It's a fair way to Perth, but yeah I reckon we could probably do that. Is there another section to it btw?

big_wasa 04-08-12 06:02 PM

There is a front manifold. I dont have one of them. They sit behind the rad, I doubt that is blowing. Have you seen where its blowing ?

I will warn you its a sh1t job on your back under the car.

Nor 04-08-12 06:09 PM

Not really sure what bit is blowing, but will get my bro in law to check with the exhaust guy (Simon).

Can you PM me a price Wasa. Cheers :)

I added exhaust in later, so I don't think it shows properly on the main page :)

big_wasa 04-08-12 06:23 PM

Hows £20 sound ? Its around what I would get for the cat.

KevG 04-08-12 06:33 PM

Nor, Take the manifolds to Automek in EK, just behind Coca-Cola, Simon doesnt do manifolds.

http://automek.org/contact-us-directions/ - the guy who owns the place is Andrew Baird.
