My garage queen ZS...
I'm quite embarassed that I don't drive and enjoy her as much as I should do.
New pictures with a new Monogram steering wheel fitted. I've just bought a new car so was thinking about selling up but considering the four years I've had her, the money I've spent on bits and pieces and the condition, she's worth way more to me than the market value, so I don't think I could ever sell even if I tried hard! http://i1275.photobucket.com/albums/...psd3b96e5a.jpg http://i1275.photobucket.com/albums/...psfb78a4f5.jpg http://i1275.photobucket.com/albums/...ps82fbe161.jpg http://i1275.photobucket.com/albums/...psa261318f.jpg http://i1275.photobucket.com/albums/...ps69afe349.jpg http://i1275.photobucket.com/albums/...psb76feab7.jpg http://i1275.photobucket.com/albums/...ps2ff8c3ee.jpg |

Absolutely gorgeous - that is my favourite Mk1 of any I've seen.
|
Wish mine looked like that

It's done low miles (39k) and has a full MG history, but yet would only be worth around £2k-£2.5k, £3k tops; the Janspeed kit was half that amount! |
Beautiful motor bud, mine is not even 33k Mk2 and I picked it up for £1850.
No value in them :( |
Cracking looking 180 that. The right colour as well!
|
Great looking well cared for motor, love it.
:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: |
thats certainly a nice looking example it looks like it did when it came out of longbridge
|

What do you use to get the engine bay that clean? I think that is the clenaest one I've seen.
Nice choice on wiper blades too. edit: Quote:

I'd give my left testicle for this car, infact you can have them both!!
Mine will never be as nice as this one :( If you ever sell I'd be very inclined to make you an offer. :) |

I just keep on top of it cleaning wise, regular wipes with a clean cloth dipped in water does it. If I have to clean anything else I use Autoglym Engine & Machine cleaner. |
Awesome looking 180 reminds me of the one i had that was a minter also
|
Beast! Still love this car! So much better in person! :)

You need a great FWD car to sit next to your RWD one :) Stunning mk1 180.... the original in trophy blue....classic Sometimes i wish i still had my blue mk1 rather than my mk2 |
£3,200 Ono, 41k miles with full (every service done on time including belts) MG history, 4x matching tyres with at least 4mm tread, full Janspeed including decats, ITG induction kit, 2nd set of brand new Monaco seat covers, lots of trophies won...more detail required? :)
|
The car looks pristine, a real credit to you. Good luck with the sale.
p.s were you at MG Live 2010 on the pride of ownership stand? I think I was parked in front of you with a silver zr 160,and you won a trophy then iirc? |
That's me, I remember chatting to you about your ZR, that was a lovely car, beautifully done and well looked after.

Lovely ZS indeed.. but even with the low miles and condition, you may struggle to get that money for it. As was said, no value in them unfortunately. Keep it.

Captain Slow
Are you the same person that raced the Honda? |
I'm not, no.
