Southern Storm 11-01-08 04:39 PM

LOVE that colour. The MK1 ZR looked nicer in my opinion than the MK2. 1.4 base model or 1.8? My missus has the 1.4 and i quite enjoy a bit of country lane ranting in it.

Maxfly 12-01-08 10:14 AM

looking good fella, glad you finally managed to get the swap you wanted:)

stamford 12-01-08 10:21 AM

Looks nice enough, what engine does it have?

StevieA ZS120 12-01-08 02:05 PM

its just the lowly 1.4 im afraid but so far done 240miles to and from work and i still have half a tank left which is why i went for it in the firstplace

stamford 12-01-08 02:47 PM

I know exactly where your'e coming from there.

Southern Storm 12-01-08 05:00 PM

Me too. Wish we had taken the ZR to town today. Sigh.

initial plans for the zr are coming along nicely so far i have managed to lay my hands on crystal black front indicators,mg tf steering wheel, blue monaco interior with 2x6.5"monitors in the headrests, black angel eye headlights, janspeed twin 3"back box, enclosed carbon induction kit, black led taillights and hoping to have debadged front grille, leon splitter, avos, colour coded dash, and black powdercoated and refurbed wheels done for march the 9th for the fast show

stamford 12-01-08 06:45 PM

So, not much work to do then :D

Who?

Love the XPG ZR's. A nice Scottish rally rep (just like Ady's) would be lovely. ;)
