PARTS: Black MK2 MG ZS 180 (PBT) Last few bits!!
 

As most have seen, I am about to be the owner of another mk2 ZS 180!

Due to the ever growing niggles, I am stripping my current one and most parts will be up for sale here, then eBay shortly after.

I have put a list below of the easy to remove items that will be on offer and a guide price which is negotiable. (I hate when it says 'open to offers'!)

The list is not exhaustive so if there's something you want not listed, feel free to ask. I am keeping the odd items as spares or to mod but most will be available.

The items will be available from Monday and I will start stripping them as soon as I can and get pictures up.

Bootlid (with lip spoiler and debadged) - £50

MK2 Switches - £10 (lock/rear window heater/front and rear fogs)

Working Vis Motors - £25 each
Inlet manifold (plenum) no rattle can be [video'd running] - £80
Standard ZS wheel - £5
Stainless Steel decat - £70
Tinted rear lights - £45



All items include packaging but you will need to arrange collection (I use parcel2go) and when you email me the label, I will print it out for the package.

Front or rear ? I assume both sides.

I suspect one sticky on mine, but I don't know atm if it's on the front or rear.
I will have a look this weekend and will let you know.

What condition are the headlamps.

All 4 calipers are available. One recently replaced with one I got from goldie.

Headlamps are in pretty good nick, I replaced them as old ones were tinted. Only thing, one is a rover 45 one so the black plastic inside is dark grey. Not that you'd notice when on. Pics are on here when I swapped them, just look at my previous posts.

Rear lights - or are you swapping them over ? I'd take the wing mirror covers off your hands unless you wanted to sell the whole unit....

The rear lights are likely to be sold as this one comes with autoart ones (yay) They are pretty dark and hide the reflector but look the nuts! Small blemish on right one, down near where it meets the bumper but I never really noticed it until I swapped them over for mot time!

Oh, and wing mirror covers can be all yours, they are black you know?

Yep - I know they're black mate - I've got a black and silver thing going on in case you hadn't noticed ... ;)

Are the lights illegal then ?

Oh yeah lol! And yes, not legal alone, need to put reflectors somewhere else. Some put little round ones on the black bit at the bottom of bumper.

Hmmm .... nah not for me then pal - sorry. If it's OK to take them off then, let me know what you want for the mirror covers.

I used reflectors/door edge protectors from I think it was Halfords. They may actually have been for smokeys lights as I think they are the ones I sold to Steven? You cN just make them out on the lower edge of the bumper in this pic, felt they were quite subtle:)

It was aye, will just be holding beans or the suchlike now:)

That's roughly what I meant cheers. And Dan, will check the condition of the mirrors on Monday and post a pic of them to ensure you're happy.

Did it have a backbox for the mk2 mate?

Yeah, but it's gubbed. All the lagging is falling out like hair extensions! Getting louder every time I drive it lol! Shame as well as its a s/s powerflow :(

I wonder if I can use the details for my ZR's powerflow for it :/

I have a receipt for my ZR's power flow with lifetime warranty.
So I wondered if I could mascquarade that one as mine :/ and get it fixed.

How much for the left hand trim for Inside the boot bud? Providing it doesn't have a hole cut for any multichangers:) also a couple of they annoying clips that hold it in plce, I mostly break the ones I remove lol

Think mine had the multichanger :( am sure I could chuck any spare clips in with the spoiler, will take a look.

Dan Smokeys dark Tail lights are only a tad darker than mine and although he has removed his for MOTs I have kept mine on and they have passed 4 years running- reckon they would be fine with the Law and MOT
And look good with your Black silver theme.
If worried bout Blair's being too dark could get the Fly eyes stuff Grimmy used.

I just can't believe through the forum and Facebook how many offer I've been getting. Most over the listed price to secure the part! I won't be taking any money until I have removed the part and checked it over though.

A pity bout the trim but never mind, while I mind do you have the scrivet for in the arches, I lost one when I put it somewhere safe while treating the rust:( where the red blob is in pic below:)

Thanks for posting the pictures of the headlights, I'm going to pass on them.

Will have a look when I remove the wheels mate. And no worries Pete, the pics certainly show the difference between the original lights and the ones I bought! Forgot how bad they were!

I'm wondering if using hids has affected the plastic on mine.

Guess it's possible. The old ones had tint spray on them which is why I got rid of them!

You going to sell the drive shafts? I really need a Front Near side to get my 180 on the road :(

If they are serviceable then yes lol. The only parts not for sale are the bits I want for myself.

Let me know please mate if its in good working condition so I really miss my 180 lol.
