Well don't get me wrong I love the vectra, but at 24 I wish i had gone for a more sportier option.


I have the 1.8 SRI and considered modding it to a VXR replica but I have been there done that with modding cars so decided maybe a change is needed.

I have not had it long but it was lacking so many things I would love in a car.

So after some searching I now have found my new car! The deal is done and I pick it up on Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a 2007 Vauxhall ASTRA SRi XP 2.0i 16v 3dr Sport Hatch!!

An ex demo car with over £6k of extras including....

KEYLESS ENTRY/START, LEATHER INTERIOR, ELECTRIC FOLDING MIRRORS, AFL WITH BI-XENONS, BLUETOOTH, MP3, CRUISE CONTROL, CLIMATE CONTROL, HEATED FRONT SEATS!

Cant wait! Has 170bhp I think :D

I sat in a few astras when looking for my first car (1.6's though). Really wanted one but they were too expensive for me! I bet that one wasnt cheap either ;)

Quite easy to get it to VXR power.You too can the be unable to put ya foot down safely lol

I was looking foer a 3door astra diesel before i got my ZS but i justcouldn't justify the extra expence

I like the astra but could never own one because of the really annoying indicator stalk and that slight touch for overtaking and heavy touch for indicating i drove about 80 miles without realising i had the ****** still on
