Expensive but worth it, cheaper if you don't have logging etc enabled. |
Yes, an expensive method but looks good.

Austin Maestro Vanden plas Dash that is,
I know of a Monty with the Digi dash. Still works! 1985 on a B plate |
Hmm I dunno, I'd probably go for some plasma dials myself.

I must admit I was suprised to see mention of the MK2 Astra when the MG maestro had a digi dash before the Astra, it was the same as the Austin Maestro Vanden Plas pictured above.
In theory it should be quite simple to instal but having adapted one to fit a mini and then a metro I would advise against it as gets involved with all the warning lights and to get the speedo to work you need to change the gearbox speedo sender, this also needed to make the trip computer work. You also need to instal a sensor in the fuel line. The stack system would be easier on a car with ABS such as the ZS. |
i stuck one in a calibra from a mk2 astra gte, prety simple tbh.

I'll stick to the OEM stuff. |

Was such a PITA in my MG Maestro that I took it out and fitted the dash from a later Efi model |
