Stealthy Rover 45
Well here is what my Brothers 45 now looks like after having the GAZ GHA kit coilovers fitted and the Hairpin alloys.....
That's not the only mod mind you.......he has got an XPower inwardly rolled cat back system fitted along with EBC pads on the front axle....... After taking this car for a little drive I am shocked at how well it goes.........suspension for me is a big thumbs up in the early stages........shame it is a Rover 45 with the fake walnut trim and soft spongy seats but I guess that is what makes it a little stealthy  http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q...COILOVERS1.jpg http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q...COILOVERS2.jpg http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q...COILOVERS3.jpg http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q...LOWERFRONT.jpg http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q.../LOWERREAR.jpg http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q...RPINALLOYS.jpg Comments welcome.........and I will pass them onto my Bro when I get a chance ;) Jim |
Tell him to learn to reverse... :D
Other than that it all looks good. |
That was the moron in a VW Golf who ran into the back of my Bros car shortly after he bought it at some road works traffic lights and drove off.
It is one cool car in my books now.........especially in the Olde English White colour......very 'Old Git' in my books........but will soon give you a fright when it comes hurtling past with a 'mini me' Bandit at the wheel..... Jim |
Still a nice looking car. A 'soft' car is sometimes a good thing when in a 180 for too long ;)

Give over!!! I live in the Medway Towns and they are full of speed humps.........and where there aren't speed humps there are these big dips in the road called pot holes..........and by god do they hurt!
I will valet my Brothers car when I get the chance to like mine was done........silky smooth baby! silky smooth!!! Jim |
