I'd like this comment if there was the option.. so instead will just have to chuckle to myself :)

I am impressed tho at your ability to find good examples quite so readily, and also your ability to sell them on as well!

way more effort that I am prepared to do!

MG ZS STE 19-01-16 01:18 PM

hows it go? looks to have been cared for.

ZSONE80 19-01-16 06:48 PM

Lots of racer blue parts on it.

Update

http://i1365.photobucket.com/albums/...pstqnyfhr2.jpg

Few bits have been done, bonnet lifters, got rid of the cone and fitted the dark ice elbow and a closed filter.
Fitted rear electric windows with PPD door cards, flocked glovebox and metal kick plates.
The rear wing has been replaced as it had a crack in it. Along with the bonnet as it was dented.
Rhino splitter which I think is the best looking on the mk2 bumper.

Few bits still to go on, rear parking sensors, headlight washers and heated seat pads and switches.

I've got a replacement front bumper to go on along with a drivers side wing but they will not be fitted yet as the car is going in for a full respray so will be fitted then.

The other nice little mod is the upper and lower grills have been sprayed in typhoon.

Also got a brand new 45 steering wheel ready to fit.

Lots done but lots still to do!!

talkingcars 24-03-16 07:28 PM

That's my sort of car, nice one Matt.

Deckz 24-03-16 08:46 PM

Where did you get the front splitter. Looks really well.

M17TT180 24-03-16 09:12 PM

Search rhino Splitter on eBay .

Deckz 25-03-16 03:58 AM

Much work involved to fit?

M17TT180 25-03-16 05:27 AM

Screwing screws into the bumper.

jaorton 25-03-16 07:27 AM

Looking very nice indeed! Was it difficult to spray the grills?

M17TT180 25-03-16 07:30 AM

Nope, took them both completely off, sprayed with hammerite black satin, then two coats of typhoon and two coats of lacquer.

john180 25-03-16 07:35 AM

Always wanted a Blue MK2... looks fab!

Dan1971 25-03-16 07:37 AM

Haha yes this is the one.

Deckz 30-03-16 08:56 PM

Ordered one of these rhino lips mate.
I assume the shorter lip sits under the bumper. Did you have to use loads of screws to keep it tidy looking?

Assuming a ZS, another breaker / project or something nice? Two XPGs from members here that seem to be very nice.
