Maby be a gti lookalike soon

Looks good as its is, save your money for the instructors, plenty of driving practice. Get to know the routes that they take you out on, drive them till you know them all.

Hill starts, backing round corners, parking between cars, plus whatever else they throw at you now. We live on a hill and I took one of the daughters out and got her to back round a corner, that was also on a hill. On her test the examiner got her to do the same thing, so she was pleased we covered it.

Remember all mods should be reported to the insurers, or they could refuse to payout. They will put your premium up I expect.

Have fun and stay safe.

Perfect first wee car to learn in Corey.
Dont waste cash on trying to turn it into a GTI lookalike, save the money for your ZS.

coreygraham180 24-09-10 07:34 PM

Just alloys and a gti body kit....lol

Not much just what ever at any scrap yards

Thats ace mate, you made a mature, informed chioce and you should be proud of yourself.

Furthermore, think how much cash you will save for future lessons and a ZS once you gain that all important experience.

If you need any guidance while out and about, I am happy to supervise you on occassion.

Look up the 'Roadcraft - The System of Car Control' used by the police. Some useful stuff there.

And don't GTI it. Enjoy it for what it is!
