Braided brake lines
Has anybody used Wezmoto brake lines ??? cheaper than Hel ... but unsure !! just another problem appeared on the to do list ........ never ending will get this Car back on the road someday !!

Not heard of them, I bought the HEL kit. Bear in mind that you will need to make or modify some brackets to support the hose around the front leg and rear arm.

Goodridge come with proper brackets

I just modified the OE brackets to accept a section of airline to act as a bush and tied it in place. |
Not the first time I`ve cable tied them mick. I was shocked to see the proper mounting brackets.

My goodridge had no brackets on the rears at all. TIP ! When fitting make sure you do not clamp the new hose onto the front brackets with the U clip until you have finger tightened the metal pipe down into the new hose whilst cont wiggling it or it will P out fluid.

Ok, must be new then. But adhere to the tightening tip as mine pee'd out fluid as they can pull down off centre if you're not careful.

The wezmoto ones are about £15 cheaper than the the Hel ones, and available in a choice of colours. Look like they have a grommet that you use for fixing. I'm sure the standard ones have 2 brackets, maybe they can be modified as Stamford says to accommodate the braided lines.
Oops it's 3 brackets. http://i.ebayimg.com/t/2x-BRAKE-LINE...Ttw~~60_12.JPG |
