Not having much luck again....
 

Well today I decided to tackle the CV Joint. Would have been worthwhile if I could get the hub nut off the fecking thing!!

No matter how much force I put in, I couldnt get the ****** off so have had to give up!

I then went to the exhaust. Took aaages to get it off but suceeded. Brought out the Scorpion supplied by Stephen (Thanks bud :D). One of the bolts was completely rusted to the exhaust and has a slight bend. I tightned up the other side first so its held nice and firm, then try this one... the bend keeps getting worse. I've now left it for fear of snapping it and ruining the whole thing but the exhaust is blowing (sounds nice though lol)!!!

So pissed off my back is gubbed as I would love to be able to help you.having said that got load os jobs on my own car I can't get to,but sure you will get there mate.

I've had the same problem Blair, hub nut seized, so the whole arm came off and I did the cv boot the other end!

Not exactly sure how without paying a garage!??

If you lived a little closer Id lend a hand, love to get involved with a project like this

No way of getting some heat to it mate?

On "Wheeler dealers" - Edd always manages to get rid of tight bolts etc after some heat .... You got access to a blow torch .... ?

Sadly no blow torch :(

B+q get down the plumber aisle and get a gas one can't be that expensive.
