I cant decide if I want my ZS twinned or not.......discuss???????
|
no need to discuss it looks awesome! although i think iirc on a 180 it actually loses you power? not sure if its the same on the 110 tho?
|
I do like it, suits the zs. Seen a few Mk.1's with conversion. I still cant decide what exhaust to get yet!!!!. I guess twin conversion goes hand in hand with that.
Weather looks good for the meet for you. |
I've heard it looses power on the 180 as well, but add an air filter (ITG or BMC) and i'm sure it'll even itself out. :)
Is there no way of restricting the output a little to keep the back pressure up and in turn keep the power up too? |
do you think it will be a factor on the 110?
|
Loosing power? What power have you to loose?
Should be fine i'd imagine. |
looks great
|
Sammy the reason they lose power on the 180 is not because they lose restriction but the opposite. The split in the pipe causes a reflection pulse (basically where the pressure pulse returns up the exhaust) so increasing back pressure. Is going to be very marginal though and tbh on yours i really would worry about it.
