Already posted this, the guy ought to be shot! Apparently he's a copper!

I didnt see the earlier post, think the copper is from my local area as im sure ive seen this next to the station,, Blue light is the only mod he never put on.

The local fire brigade should use it for trapped people exercise.......................and cut the roof off!
