Interior light

My courtesy light now only works when the driver's door is opened, I'm sure it should work when any of the doors open, I've looked for the little pin switches like I used to have on my Minis, but can't find them, anybody know why they've packed up and how to sort them?

they are a slightly different pin to other cars i have had. They are situated on the b pillar and are like a wee slider:) Could be corroded inside or similiar but are cheap enough to buy:)

Cool, thanks mate. Should it also work on the rear doors, too?

I can't remember if when you open the rear doors the interior light came on? I know it doesn't now.

what they all said above... they break if you slam doors lol

When you find the switches take them out and make sure that the light comes on if you ground the lead, if they do it is the switch, clean up the contacts and test. If they don't it is something more serious.
