Just spotted a ZS trackcar in Kettering...

Had to do a double take but it was parked in a MOT/Tyre centre on the back of a trailer. Silver with union roof. Sure I have seen this on the forums before.

my old car

Ah! Can I ask what it was doing there? Did someone in Kettering buy it?

its owned by a chap in that area, he will be racing it this year and onwards

saw a silver one with two stripes up the bonnet, turned into a driveway near us.

BX02 missed the last bits.

Not seen that one around before.

Have a Trophy Blue one just round the corner. Had a chat to the guy and it was going back to the garage to have the CHG sorted!!!

the VVC or the one setup by RaceDna?

its the vvc car. only 160-170bhp but sets some great lap times.

It's at brands today.

Just had word from Tim who bought the car, Tim is a really nice guy who will be racing teh car at Silverstone MG live and at Mallory, so if you get chance you can pop over and see it race at Silverstone in the Cockshoot Cup, competing against V6's with 40+bhp more!!!

Tim is at Brands today and that car is doing what it does best - upsetting a lot of people.

In true style the car is wearing the novice cross, it goes without saying that the bhp boys will be assuming its either turbo'd of a V8 under the bonnet, it pains them when you tell them its a stock rover 1.8 motor!

Glad to hear that its in good hands Mark :) Will be good to see it in the metal!
