Strange engine start problem
 

my track car wont start, suspected the starter which i have now changed and it still doesnt start, havent had chance to have proper look at it yet but any ideas? ive added a video so you can hear the noise its making, help appreciated!

Sounds like a flat battery, either that or its seized

How much voltage is the battery showing ?

It's got a new battery and I've tried my other zs battery which is fine on it same noise

Assuming the engine isn't seized, it may be worth checking the main engine earth for condition and clean connections.

as pete, earth, a jump lead from engine to battery may suffice?

That sounds like starting circuit and not engine related. As said check all cables to the starter solenoid and all earthing straps.
