there isntg much weight difference between zs and zr, like 50-100 kilo or summit daft

Ritchy 10-02-11 04:54 PM

look nat the weights of a zs k4 and a zr k4, there is hardly anything in it, plus the zs your getting the double wishbones at the front and multilink at the rear where as the the zr is h beam and mcphersons stuts, id keep the zs, be a nicer driver ect:) n i have a zs n zr n saying that:)

MGZR160 -1145kg
MGZS180 - 1285kg
mmmmm - best part of 10%

a better comparision to give you an idea of the weight difference is using cars with the same engine

MGZR120 - 1135kg
MGZS120 - 1215kg

However a major part of the extra weight is the better suspension that helps the ZR handle better.
