A History of ZS
Hi all
I've been lurking on here for a couple of months now and thought it was time I introduced myself. Back in 2007 I picked up my first MG ZS 180. I preferred the ZR but because of the UK's backwards insurance rules, it was **** loads more expensive to insure a ZR 160 than a ZS 180. So I got this: http://i330.photobucket.com/albums/l...n/IMG_1559.jpg Got rid of the peashooter and got a Janspeed cat and back-box which sounded ******* awesome once at temperature. http://i330.photobucket.com/albums/l...n/IMG_0755.jpg Had a moment of madness and got this. Hated it. Sold it. http://i330.photobucket.com/albums/l...n/S7302944.jpg Then, late last year someone went into the back of the MG and wrote it off. With the insurance money I picked this up (from a member on here) with change to boot. http://i330.photobucket.com/albums/l...113314_315.jpg Didn't really like it at first. The lowering isn't to my taste and the exhaust sticks out a bit, but after not using it for my daily commute it has really started to grow on me. Apologies for picture size - I hope they resize once I post... |
Welcome ....
If the suspension you have doesn't suit, no doubt there may be someone here who might swap with you ... |
Hi and welcome.
I'm pleased I'm not alone in preferring Austin/Rover/MG products over VW/Audi, some awesome spec cars but no soul. James |
Looks nice, sits well, you may change your mind.

Cheers chaps. I may look to swap the suspension at a later date but it'll do for now.
James, I totally agree with you about VW/Audi stuff. I got a lot of comments about the car, the main one being "nice car" and that's all it was....a nice car. |
Nice looking ZS..
