Baby seats

I'm having to give the wee nipper a few trips in the ZS now and wondered if anyone has any experience of using baby seats on here in their ZS?

I currently have a rear facing seat and it's a right pain in the arse to fit and doesn't sit right with the poor girl being very upright because of the locking position of the handle and the seat belts seem really short.

I've ordered a front facing now but just wondered if anyone else has any experiences, problems, etc?

Sorry but this made me laugh, I actually bought my ZS when my kids grew up! Therefore I am of no use to you at all! :D

I've used both rear and forward facing car seats with no issues

Interesting. The belts just seem really short and stop the rear facing seat I have sitting as it should so it's much more upright.

I'm tempted to weld on some bars for my own home-brew isofix...but then again do I really want to risk my little one...but then again is she at risk anyway with the seat not sitting right....hmm.

We had our boy in this, when he was from 8 months to 4 years and used this in the previous Mk1 Focus, Rover 75, Mk2 MG ZS180, got stored in the loft for 8 years and then our new baby (he's 18month now) in the Vauxhall Astra Mk5, and sometimes in my Mk2 Focus ST

Lol, she's quite a bit smaller than them so would probably rattle around a lot!
