If you don't mind me asking, why's he breaking it if it's undamaged?

I thought the same seems wierd

He bought it from someone who is in the armed forces in germany but registering over here for the road has been a nightmare and its been standing for 3 years

I remember this car ...it was on ebay a couple of weeks ago .. looked ok aswell was going cheap if i remember right
