Is this a fair price ?
I've had the Scooby a year and I really have loved it but in a quest to own all the cars I've ever wanted she has to go.
Whilst I save up the next car I REALLY want ive found an interim car that ive always wanted. A little Mgtf. I always found them much prettier than an mx5. Its a 2002 Its done 47k from new but it hasn't done a great deal in the last couple of years. I don't think its done 50 miles since the last mot. One middle aged owner but the son had the use (abuse) of it for the last three years. It has a few spots of rust and is generally unloved. It had the belts and Hg done two years ago by an ex Mgr main dealer. The soft top rear window has a tear but the roof is good and has nearly always been used with the hard top. It will need tyres. Today I blew the tyres up and jumped the flat battery, checked all the fluids and took the top of and had a spin. I had it running for around an hour with no problems. Ive agreed a price of £600 what do you think cheap, fair, Money Pit :chair: http://i442.photobucket.com/albums/q...pscf2c6213.jpg Soon to be back in an mg :mbounce: |
£600 seems a fair price.

My 03 TF 160 was a lot more than that, so I'd say a bargain.
Hardtop and wheels will give you the buying price back!!! Can get new plastic windows that you can put in the hood, or up grade to a glass rear window. Fun little cars. |
Stick some tf 11 spoke 16s on there and an Alcantara interior and it
s worth 12-1300 |
