Refurbing again....with pics now

Well my leather needles haven't arrived (on my last day off!) so decided to clean the other set of track wheels and give them a quick refurm.

Same colour (white) as the other ones but these ones are a mess of bubbled paint and chipped bits where the previous painter missed and oversprayed.

No plan on making these perfect as they are the spare track set so will get battered too!

Have just finished cleaning them so will get pics up later.

Well they are all dry now. Look a lot cleaner than before!

I only did the two with Avons so I can have a full set of Avons and 2 spare Toyo's. The ditch finders can wait lol!

Cheers mate, give me 6 good wheels and 2 scruffy ones! Somewhere down the line I'll probably attempt my mk2 wheels too but not sure on colour!

I do like white wheels! Considering doing the 18s.

It's a great compliment to the track car livery.

As for pink or luminous yellow for the black mk2....em...no?!?!

Going to start my tsw's this week, then just need to save for the new rubber to put on them after that.
