ive been looking at either a chrome one or a carbon fibre one, but waiting to see if one comes up for less that £15. last time i painted a oil cap it blistered up, must be the heat from inside the engine.

Looks good a lot cleaner than mine!! Painted by bay over the weekend but it takes a lot more than paint to make the Kseries look good lol :(

my old k-series. rover 216 16v. i reckon it was around 125 bhp, stripped out and went like stink for a 1.6

started off at 109 bhp, had the induction kit, cat back, de cat, stainless steel downpipe, polished and ported head,

Still cleaner then mine :) what had you done to that then to get 125?

afcbadam 08-06-09 10:38 PM

just edited it, 125 was always a estimate, never rolling roaded it.

there were a few other bits, i had an uprated coil thingy, quad core ignition leads, oil breather.

this was my favourite car..... only changed it as the missus was expecting and i needed a bigger car.... that had some rear seats!
