New shoes!!

Needed some new tyres on the rear of the bimmer but at £200ish a corner they aint cheap. Not been a huge fan of the 17" alloys it came with and though it was an opportunity for change.

Found these 19" alloys on ebay with delivery mileage RF tyres on them. The guy ended the listing early so assumed they had been sold but contacted him on the off chance and offered £800. Turned up he'd ended as an overseas bidder with zero feedback kept bidding on the and was afraid it was a scam. So we eventually agreed on £875 considering the tyres on the are worth around £850 I'd say its a bargin. Theres one tiny mark on one but not going to loose sleep over it!

An improvement on the originals :)

Thanks not 100% about them, they are 'busier' than I imagined and thought they'd fill the arches slightly more but surprisingly they haven't impacted the comfort much at all which Im happy about. Plus was such a good deal couldn't really turn down!

Definitely an improvement

The spoke detail is maybe a bit fussy, maybe go up a profile on the tyres when they get replaced would fill the arches more.

Next on the list is some tints, nothing too drug dealer like just the subtle factory option tints I reckon.

Going to be a pain to clean I'm sure! Yer that might be a good call with the larger profile depends whats available in run flats I guess as no spare, jack or ratchet in the car!

Good for weight saving I guess.

I didn't like having no spare so invested in a couple of steelies from the breakers.
