Trying to get enough to get a set of knives as a gift for one of the chefs I work with.

Are they any good? I imagine a chef would be pretty fussy about knives.

I think they're ok tbh. Not anything like global knives but for a 20 yr old comis chef that only has college knives they'll be amazing. He's really deserving of a reward for his hard work over the last 6 months.
