ZS number 6....

Well I am currently sitting at Edinburgh station, on the train bound for Grimsby. Hopefully a nice quiet journey before picking up Mat C's old car!

Am sure the journey home will be less quiet!

Have fun, sounds like a nice run back up.

:yes::yes::yes:

wish i could afford another 180 best of luck Blair m8

Cheers. The fun really starts when I get back tomorrow and continue stripping the old one. I say that sarcastically!

Took an age just to get the front wing off last night due to well hidden bolts and clips!

At least I have made a start and have one wing, skirt, front and rear bumpers off. Headlights removed and centre console.

It already looks a sorry sight :(

I know what you mean, done it twice already.

Have to have a hand on meet, with some of the gang up there.

Get a lot done, plus its more fun having a laugh and a burger.

I'm sure I'll manage! Not the first time I've done it! Luckily throughout it's ownership, people have adopted the "oh look, a spare couple of bolts!" and left most things attached by one or two! Very reassuring as you can imagine!

Awesome ... !!

Excited for you.

Done exactly what you're doing now a few times - flew to Newcastle for the diesel and trains to York and Portsmouth for others. Enjoy the whole day mate and especially the drive home. Hope it exceeds your expectations.

Smokey 31-03-14 11:36 AM

Cheers Dan. I've never flown but have trained bused and driven to my previous ZS's. Including Peterborough and Leighton Buzzard. Maybe should avoid flying for fear of a movie coming back to haunt me! Steve Martin had no luck on that trip!!

Dan1971 31-03-14 11:40 AM

And .... 6 makes you as bad as me .... so Stamford can get off my case now .... ;)
