Good question Andy and tbh I am not sure, didn't measure the drop before and after though the are supposed to give about a 35mm drop. Is just enough for me and I don't feel it is a great deal harsher a ride if at all:)

Dropping the car this way... does it push the camber out a lot? was the tracking affected much at all?

Not had a chance to get her four wheel aligned yet but will get that done asap. Going by when i had the black zed done it does knock everything out but they managed to get everything aligned within spec apart from the fron castor being slightly out iirc:)

A wee bit stiffer but not a great deal harsher for me personally and perfectly liveable:)
