It's got to go....

Right guys it's come to the time where i've got to sell the car. It currently has an overheating issue but other than that it's good. It has 113,000 miles on the clock but an engine change at around 100,000 miles which had nearly 40,000 miles on it when i put it in. This is probably not a car that someone would want to have as thier primary car(i'm being honest)but it would make one hell of a track car once the cooling issue is sorted out. I just don't have the time anymore to be able to get it sorted. Here is the list of parts it's got on it.

Engine fitted with piper 270 cams.(just recently had camshaft seals done and belts)
Open cone inner wing filter.
Re-map.
Nitrous system.(800 quids worth)
Brand new Pro race 1.2 wheels and tyres.(750 quids worth)
Willwood 4 pot calipers with 310mm discs.(800 quids worth)
Avo coilovers.

That is just some of the parts that have gone on this car. It has taken a lot of my time and effort over the past 5 years and i'll be sorry to see it go.

If there is anyone who breaks cars for a living on here then this is probably a good candidate if you didn't want to sort out the coolant problem.

Don't know what sort of price i'm after. will see if antone is interested first.

Oh i forgot to say.... you'll get the other 18" wheels as well. They are pro race 1.2 as well in black. Could do with a re-furb tbh but still worth a bit.:D

There doesnt appear to be anything in the header tank or in the oil. Have thought it may be the head gasket as the system seems to pressurise which causes the coolant to stop being pushed round through the radiator, hence the overheating. It's very strange. It has allowed me to drive at 70-80 mph sometimes then sometimes overheats at 40 mph. I don't think it's anything drastic, but the head gaskets where replaced about 3 months ago. It ran fine tho up till now.

I'm not looking for much as i said. With all the bits of kit fitted to the car it's had a lot of money put into it. I would love it to go to someone on here and would love for someone to take the time to investigate the coolant problem and keep it running. Worth doing as with the nos on it's as quick as a m3.

I'm going to stick my neck out and say 1600 quid. I know that sounds a lot for a car that is not running right but in my opinion even if it does turn out to be a head gasket(which i don't think it is) it's worth it.
