Windscreen issue

I had a new screen fitted in August but noticed recently water was dripping inside the car from the top of the screen, obviously not fitted correctly. They came out today to refit it, chipping the screen in the process, which is being dealt with on Saturday. The issue I have is the headlining is soaked by the sun visors and its now sagging, presumably because water has been getting in over time. Could this get worse and should I take it further? Or is not worth bothering with? Bit annoyed that National Windscreens can't even fit a screen properly!

Not a good advert for them, I'd get the headlining sorted.

Specially as they have to sort out the chip.

I'd take it higher.

Had one done by autoglass a while back on the C4. When they were cutting the old one out the guy scraped some of the inside trim with the cutting tool.

The Mrs pointed it out and the guy got it sorted within days ordering the new part from citroen and coming round to fit it.

All you need to do first is point it out and ask - if they refuse, that's the time to take it higher.

Hope they did. Any issue caused by work is liable

Glued it back and it seems to be ok. Can't complain and they even came to my workplace to do it. Clocked 99000 today :) Got about a 1000 miles to do in the next few weeks so hoping to see the magic number!

Don't forget the obligatory photo.
