Oops, sorry....

You think you are picky.... My criteria was Mk2, Black, extreme spoiler, front fogs, 11 spoke straights, A/C or sunroof, and below 30k mikes. :)

Yes its gotta be a mk2. Dont want a mk1 i'd sooner not bother. I'm quite happy to wait until next year.

Failing this its gonna have to be an astra sporthatch 1.8 petrol or 1.9 cdti.

For some reason the vauxhalls work out to be loads less on insurance than the mgs.

Vauxhalls tend to have good security systems as standard but I wouldn't touch one with a bargepole. They are on par with a Ford in my books and Fords can be much cheaper when you look about.

If a good car turns up I will leave a note here.

OK cheers!

My dad works for Vauxhall and they are very good reliable cars. I know they are not in the same league as saying you have an MG. People are impressed by that but not when you say you own a vauxhall lol.:trampoline:

There aint a 120 with the 180 kit on tho lol :tease:

I know im hard to please aint i!

I would consider having the 180 fitted but how much would it cost?

Boot Hill Bandit 23-07-07 03:11 PM

If its a standard colour so to speak like Trophy Blue it should be fairly good on price. If you bought the ZS 120 and sat on your hands a little while the Mk 2 bodykits may be coming easier to find...

Can't remember if or who said that to me but I think someone said the mk2 bodykits are becoming available and easier to get hold of than in previous months. I could be wrong of course lol

Once you have the car you have done the hard bit IMHO.

Amazing that another 'Typhoon' monogram car has turned up as well! Thats got to be a bargain for someone carefull or with a bit of money to spare.

Yeah nice to see a couple of typhoon ones coming out of the woodwork.

I really would prefer the 180 kit fitted otherwise it looks like a rover 45. Unless i can get one fitted at a decent price soon after i bought it.

I wonder how much EMS charge for the kit?

Boot Hill Bandit 23-07-07 03:21 PM

Phone and speak to Ralph or Simon they won't bite!

You could do with giving them a 'colour' to work from before phoning though!

Trophy Blue or Royal Blue or Ignition Blue may result in different costs.....

01634 388999 is ya number! They close at 5:30pm if you are curious.
