Gauging interest for the possible sale of my MG ZS180 Make: MG Rover Group Ltd Model: ZS 180 Size and Litre age of Engine: 2.5 / V6 Mileage: 38, 670 Date of Registration: June 2004 Number of Keepers: 2 Registration Mark (VRM): **Will be given to new owner to check** Colour: XPower Grey Description: The car is the facelift model, and has the full factory body kit (which came with the Lip Spoiler) and the 17’ 11 spoke alloy wheels; it has been fitted with the low level spoiler, the car also has half leather interior called “ Grey Axis”, It has the following optional extras they were fitted after buying the car; · Rear Electric Windows · Traffic Master Time Clock · Rear Head Rests · Rear Parking Sensors The car has been lightly modified, with the following to a high standard: · Bespoke Stainless Steel Exhaust with Janspeed Manifolds and Sports Cat · BMC Carbon Air Filter (CDA 85-150) · High Intensity Discharge Headlights (HID) · Black Magic Taillights with full proper LED bulbs · MG TF Rear view mirror with integral map lights · Ford Focus Rear Courtesy Lamp · Monogram Red/Black MGZS leather steering wheel · Honda S2000 Start Button · Ford Focus/Mondeo Heated Windscreen Washer Jets · Alloy Oil Catch Tank · Headlamp Washer Jets . Interior Facia Plastics painted the same colour as car The car also has a custom In-Car Entertainment (I.C.E) System, which consists of: · JVC KD-AVX33 DVD head unit · USB Slot · Roof Mounted 7” TFT flip down screen · Rear View (Reversing) Camera · 800 Watt FLI amplifier with 2 x Vibe Black Air 2 (12” Subwoofers) These are the good points of the car, but there is a small list of bad points, which must be pointed out, with all MGZS Facelift models the body protection from the factory wasn’t very good, so therefore the external paintwork has suffered from the inevitable, which is paint chipping, the problem areas are: · Front O/S/F and N/S/F inner wheel arch at the bottom towards the side skirt · Leading edges of the side skirts where they meet the wheel arch · Rear door spats The car has also suffered from a poorly fitted windscreen from the factory which resulted in some corrosion at the corners of the roof skin where it meets the A pillars, the corrosion was fully treated and the whole roof repainted to the highest standard, together with a new windscreen the was work was carried out by K&S Coachworks in Glasgow, to the tune of £800 ex VAT (at the time 17.5% VAT) which has pictures documenting the repair. The car was also involved in a very light front-end shunt, which caused a crease line in the front bumper, but the 3rd Party repaired this at a local insurance approved body repairer and the total bill was £380! with pictures of the damage to prove. The car has also been on a few Rolling Road days and has made the grand total of 198bhp at the flywheel.
