So swapped the decent job and eating in restaurants for being a student working behind a bar and eating noodles at stupid O'clock on a monday night after cheap drinks in the SU  But alot happier regardless :D Give it 2 months and I'll be 24 :beer2: |
must admit if it goes up i will be selling up and going for something with more power, love the car but cant justify that price for 200 horses not good economic sense.

I earn what I consider to be a very good wage but I wouldn't pay that for the MG to a government that are using "GLOBAL WARMING" as a tax scam!
My 7 series is more powerful, quicker and a damn sight more comfy than the MG and will cost me ?205 for a year when it's due which is the beauty of it being pre2001! Brett |
Any idea what VED they'll charge on a '97 escort with a modified engine? If its standard ?245, then thats ~?200 saving on tax that'll just about cover dropping a 2L zetec into my 'scort... Hm.
