Don't dispare - it is a simple fault - are there any leaks on the inley after the throttle body - what are the emisions like?

petet16 16-08-12 10:12 AM

Did they find any problem with the crank pulley.

mattie007 16-08-12 10:35 AM

Emissions are fine (just passed MOT) but it is loosing coolant, needs a top up every week.
They said the crank pulley was ok Pete.
I even took a list with all the potential problems you kind people gave me, but to no avail.

Head gasket again?

petet16 16-08-12 10:49 AM

Cars, they're enough to drive you up the wall sometimes:wacko:

Still haven't got the car back.
When on the ramps it was running well, then as soon as its on the road it dies.
The Ecu has even been checked but nothing.
To top it off I've got a Micra to use for work.....

petet16 21-08-12 12:14 PM

Is it showing up any fault codes?.

mattie007 21-08-12 02:30 PM

Nothing. But he did say Rovers are always a bit temperamental with fault readers.
