This Christmas when scoffing, consider the following:

The first picture is of a woman who is 51 years old. She is a TV ?health guru? advocating a holistic approach to nutrition and ill health, promoting exercise and a pescetarian diet high in organic fruits and vegetables. She recommends detox diets, colonic irrigation and supplements, also making statements that yeast is harmful, that the colour of food is nutritionally significant, and about the utility of faecal examination. By the way...Pescetarianism is the practice of a diet that includes seafood, and excludes other animals.

The second picture is of a woman who is 50 years old.
She is a TV cook, who drinks her fair share of wine and eats nothing but meat, cream, butter and desserts.

just reading on the news that somebody has wrapped their turky in gold leaf!

and Heston Blumenthal's xmas pudding is fetching around ?140 on ebay...

did i miss something? isnt the country in financial termoil? or are we all suddonly rich and somebody forgot to send me my cheque?

Nigela also has the benefit of being a very very rich woman who can afford plastic surgery, makeup and botox

I watched " The Savoy" last night and they hosted a party attended by Liz Hurley and Elle McPherson. They are both the other side of - or pretty close to 50 and they looked gorgeous.

Something really attractive about older women who look after themselves.

Liz Hurley in that thing where she's the devil and pinches people's souls in return for dodgy wishes... the hottest ever!
