that is one nice car! where did you get the decals from? seen some on ebay but unsure as to quality

roverdave81 08-08-09 05:46 PM

what it worth

the decals were off ebay for the zr but they fitted fine to the zs as you can see they are very good quality as well

Always a tough one, the only price to consider is the price for change. Alot depends on the market and finding a buyer who wants the add-ons. At a guess anywhere between £1200 and £1800, wish it was more as they are worth more but the market says otherwise. It is a fickle place.

Looks really clean, but I think the amount of decals will put some buyers off. You may however, appeal to just the right one who'll pay good money for it.

Difficult. I paid £1315 for mine (51 plate), last month with the belts having been done. 56K with FSH. Body has a few issues but goes really well.

I reckon, take the decals off, and look for £1800 ono. And if you were to decide on removing the induction and oil catch tank, before selling, let me know .....

It looks like a fine example and is probably worth more to you than anyone else.
I reckon if you were to sell! remove the bigger decals and some of the smaller ones and you should see close to 2k with mods.

i like the decals - its about making your car stand out from the crowd. zeds might be cheaper than they should be but they are still common and one with individuality is more likely to sell. maybe its just me but i say leave the decals on. the new owner can always remove them if they dont like them but they shouldnt put a buyer off

going on the prices on the used car sites recently i think between 1600-2200 as its in mint condition and folk always like a full service history and low miles

starfire039 12-08-09 03:44 PM

Put that on autotrader and you'll get away with listing it for 2500. Its service history is outstanding, good mileage for age, just remove decals which WILL put off the average joe, or at least alienate some buyers. Don't list for less than 2k- that's money down the drain. Someone will pay good money for it if its bodywork is all in check!
