Will these fit straight onto a mk1 45? Bumper to change aswell?

Yeah, they will fit but you need to get the wiring from a Mk2! ie the 2xplugs

I got my headlamp plugs from DKSalvage, via eBay, they seem to have a few MkII ZSs and 45s for breaking. It's a bit fiddly to do but well worth the effort.
