Worst day ever
 

This is my worst day ever!! Tonight at 7 o'clock my drivers side front wheel fell off. Well the bolts snapped. Amd wrecked my wing. Not too bad. All though
Still waiting for a recovery. First ones that came were a bunch of numpties and gave up. Not expecting another one for another hour. Luckily it's only 5 mins from my house!!

Lower ball joint ?

Could that of made my wheel bolts snap?

No, the lower ball joint is a weak spot on Civic/45/400/zs front suspension.

Have all 4 bolts snapped

Yeah, honestly don't have a clue how

Is that the side that the wheel bearing was done?

Yeah.

Did you overtighten the nuts? Or it is possible the bottom ball joint that would have been split to remove the hub has sheared

Sounds nasty, Could have been worse had it caused an accident. Glad you are fine.

I'm thinking I over tightened nuts but I done it by hand.
