You may not like it.
As much as I like the look of 17's in the back of my mind I'm always aware that they're no good for winter, and as I don't have a bodykitted MK2 I don't feel tied down to having 17's.
I missed out on a couple of Grids on Ebay over the past few months but I saw these instead. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...s/DSCF6082.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...s/DSCF6081.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...s/DSCF6083.jpg Now I'll admit, I wasn't feeling it when I fitted them, but I thought I'll give it a try. General driving is now awesome, I now have a better turning circle and acceleration has improved. All opinions welcome. |
Look OK, surprising what a difference they make.
 |
I've seen worse, I think they look alright.

They are okay, bigger diameter would probably look better against the wheel arch, as long as you are happy then all's good.

Nice style of wheel.
|
i quite like em
|
Not for me to be honest - and fail to see that they would improve acceleration and your turning circle in such a way that you'd notice .....
|
I like them, different but in a good way.
|
i quite like it as well just looks that wee bit diffrent
|
the17 inch streetwise alloys suit them better than the 16 ones
