Exhaust trim

Since my exhaust is blowing, i'm looking at getting a full s/steel system. As I have the 110 1.6 MK2 my exhaust is hidden under my back bumper.

I have the exhaust trimming, just wondering how I fix to the bumper? I take it is just screws? If so, what am I looking for?

And if anyone has any stainless steel backboxes for sale, give me a PM.

Cheers.

you want stainless steel flat ended bolts with allen key head. Im sure someone will point you right. This is what both mine have mate!

Couple of machine bolts from B&Q with nuts should do the trick. Take the trim in with you to make sure the heads sit flush

Excellent, cheers mate.

There is a guy local that has a centre section and a backbox for sale. Will it matter if its a saloon or hatchback? are they different sizes?

cheers.

I've just done this to my 1.6 in preparation for something a bit beefier. M4 x 16 countersunk bolts are what you need. I got 20 for £2 on ebay and the nyloc nuts and washers were free from work:)
