Whats the name of these clips

I need a couple of these clips but for the life of me i cant remember what there called.

I can't remember what they're called, but I do have some available!

The plugs are called Junior Timer Plugs, so a search for them should bring up the locking clips as well

I had assumed they came with the plug.
